Johnson City Computer Service is a computer recycling center for the entire Tri Cities including Johnson City, Bristol, Jonesboro, Kingsport, Elizabethton and more.  We understand how sensitive the data on your old computer can be and that's why we take great care to completely and permanently wipe the hard drives in computers that are submitted for recycling.  The process that we use completely erases the drive and writes over every single track and sector 3 times to ensure that no data can be recovered.*  

*Drive must be operational and not password protected for the data to be cleared.  Drives that are not operational are physically destroyed.
